Our Story
Creating community through good food, wine & coffee
We place a significant emphasis on fine food and warm hospitality at a great price.
Over the years the GLASS offering has grown to include catering and private events - as well as a renowned fresh seafood menu and extensive local wine, beer and spirits menu.
In 2023 the business was reborn as GLASS Cafe & Bistro, relocating to a new venue inside The Highlands Golf Club.

Leanne’s outlook has created a brand that is always evolving, adapting to the needs of customers and making GLASS a Mittagong institution loved by locals and visitors alike.
The move to the Highlands Golf Club offers a much larger space, great views and is a great space for private functions, weddings and events. There is also loads of parking.
"GLASS Cafe & Bistro is at the gateway to the Southern Highlands and is the perfect place to stop whether you are hungry after a long drive or picking up a coffee and breakfast on your way to work.
